The approximate duration of this service is up to 4 hours, and please note that transportation expenses are not included. It’s important to mention that the cost of the pre-wedding show round can be deducted from the total deposit if you decide to confirm your wedding with us.

Please note that certain elements are not included in our services, such as obtaining the legal certificate, arranging transportation to the Town Hall and back, as well as organizing transportation for the marriage registrar’s office or priest to your chosen venue and back. These additional arrangements will vary based on your specific lodging and venue locations and can be coordinated separately based on your preferences.

Our dedicated team will work closely with you to design a personalized ceremony that reflects your unique love story and values. From selecting the perfect location to coordinating with an officiant, we will take care of every detail to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience.

• Reconfirmation of suppliers: We will take the responsibility of contacting and reconfirming all the suppliers involved in your wedding, ensuring their availability, and addressing any last-minute queries.
• Ceremony coordination: Our team will be present during your ceremony to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly. We will assist in coordinating the processional, cueing the music, overseeing any readings or rituals, and facilitating a smooth transition to the reception.
• Dinner coordination: We will oversee the setup of your reception venue, including coordinating the seating arrangements, ensuring proper table settings, and managing the flow of events, such as speeches, toasts, and cake cutting.

Throughout the day, our wedding coordinator will be there to assist you and your vendors, oversee the overall event timeline, and handle any unforeseen situations that may arise.
